Digital Product Policy

All products offered by CaptureGrove AI are digital and delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any digital products sold through our platform. Please review all product information carefully before purchasing.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a system error

  • You never received access to the digital product and support was unable to resolve the issue

  • The product delivered is completely different from what was advertised and confirmed by our team

To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us at info@capturegrove.com within 7 days of your purchase. Be sure to include your order number and a detailed explanation.

All refund requests will be reviewed case by case. We reserve the right to decline any refund that does not meet our criteria.

Unauthorized Use

If we determine that a product has been accessed, copied, or used after delivery, no refund will be issued under any circumstance.
